I can’t actually recall if I’ve ever gotten them to work on Chrome before. Chrome: This browser has been the most challenging to make the games work on. As of right now, I’d say this is the best way to play these games. This library includes, you guessed it, all 4 episodes of CCSR. It also has a massive library of old games. I recently downloaded Flashpoint by BlueMaxima, a program that allows you to view and play old Flash/Shockwave/etc games and animations. Specificially, the death of Flash making it harder to access any Flash files at all on the Internet.
UPDATE February 15 2022: I’ve tried to keep the info in this post as up to date as possible, but a lot has also changed in the past few years. This post serves as a short guide on accessing the game and troubleshooting your way through any potential problems you may encounter in the process.
